FILMING ON STATE OWNED PROPERTY
The state of Nebraska operates and manages many properties across the state. There are 14 agencies within state government that manage these public properties. For example, often state parks are a request for location media activity. If you are interested in the possibility of capturing a scene at a state-owned facility, please give us a call first. We will help you find the correct contact and liaison for that particular property.
Getting to the right people in a timely fashion is essential. Lead-times will vary depending on the request and location. Certain fees may apply depending upon your physical needs and time of shoot. Filming on public property may require a valid certificate of insurance. Please fill out a registration form by clicking on the link “Project Registration” and we will help you through the process. Please keep these actions in mind as you plan and develop your project and coordinate your locations and include plenty of lead time.
